Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display and sell our products.

SECTION 3 — VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions, vehicle model, manufacturing year, fitting requirements, voltage requirements, and other compatibility information before placing an order.

A product described as “universal” may still require adjustments, drilling, wiring, trimming, additional accessories, or professional installation depending on the vehicle.

TS Autos will not be responsible for compatibility problems where the customer selected an incorrect model, size, variant, colour, voltage, or vehicle year despite the relevant options or information being displayed.

SECTION 4 — INSTALLATION AND SAFE USE

Certain products sold by TS Autos may require professional installation, electrical wiring, drilling, fitting, modification, or mechanical knowledge.

Customers are responsible for installing and using products safely and according to the product instructions. Where professional installation is recommended, the customer should use a qualified automotive technician, electrician, mechanic, or installer.

TS Autos is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect or careless installation;

  • Improper wiring or electrical connections;

  • Incompatible voltage or power sources;

  • Drilling, cutting, trimming, or modification;

  • Incorrect fitting or product placement;

  • Misuse, racing, reckless driving, or unlawful use;

  • Failure to follow product instructions;

  • Installation by an unqualified person; or

  • Changes made to the product after delivery.

Customers must ensure that lighting products, flashers, underglow lights, decorative lights, tinted accessories, exterior modifications, and other vehicle accessories are used in accordance with applicable traffic, vehicle-safety, and local laws.

The availability of a product on our website does not mean that its use is permitted in every city, province, road, or situation.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS

Placing an order on our website represents an offer to purchase the selected product.

An order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed and processed by TS Autos. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, hold, verify, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect pricing or product information;

  • Suspected fraud;

  • Incomplete customer information;

  • An invalid or unreachable phone number;

  • An undeliverable address;

  • Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders;

If we cancel a prepaid order, any eligible amount already paid will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

SECTION 6 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Customers should review their product, variant, quantity, contact details, and delivery address carefully before placing an order.

A cancellation or modification request should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified after it has been confirmed, packed, handed to a courier, or dispatched.

TS Autos is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Customers should inspect the parcel and product promptly after delivery and report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products according to our Refund Policy.
